INDUSTRIES
The selection problem looks different in every industry.
The five layers are the same everywhere. What changes is which layer is usually broken, how fast the decision happens, and what a prospect checks before they commit. These are the four verticals where we have built the most systems, and where we can usually tell you what is wrong before we look.
SERVING DENTAL PRACTICES
Dental
A patient choosing a dentist rarely picks whoever ranks first. They open three tabs, scan the reviews, check whether you take their insurance, and decide whether the photos look like somewhere they would sit for an hour. By the time they call, the choice is already made. Dental is a category where presence is cheap and proof is expensive, which is why two practices with identical rankings convert at completely different rates. We work the layers that actually decide it: profile completeness, review substance rather than review count, and whether AI assistants name your practice when someone asks who is good nearby.
SERVING MEDICAL PRACTICES
Medical
Medical and specialist practices sit at the sharp end of the selection problem. Patients researching a provider are anxious and thorough, comparing credentials across four or five sources before booking. They read the bio, the reviews, the affiliations, and increasingly whatever ChatGPT or an AI Overview tells them about the practice. A referral no longer guarantees the appointment. We build the evidence layer that survives that scrutiny: structured provider information machines can read, outcome proof that answers the question behind the question, and consistent presence across every surface patients check.
SERVING HOME SERVICES
Home Services
Home service buyers decide fast and under pressure. A blocked drain or a dead furnace compresses the entire comparison into about ninety seconds inside the Maps pack. Whoever has the review volume, the response signals and the service area coverage wins the call, and second place gets nothing at all. This is the vertical where the gap between being visible and being chosen is most brutally measurable, because it shows up as call volume within the same week. We work Maps ranking across multiple service cities, review velocity, and the AI recommendations that increasingly sit above the map.
SERVING LAW FIRMS
Law Firms
Legal enquiries are low volume and high value, which changes the maths entirely. A single additional client can outweigh a year of traffic growth, so the work is about winning specific comparisons rather than broad rankings. Prospective clients research firms carefully, read reviews with suspicion, and increasingly ask AI assistants to shortlist before contacting anyone. A firm that ranks well but reads as interchangeable loses to a firm that ranks lower and reads as the obvious specialist. We build the specificity and proof that make a firm the recommended answer rather than one of ten options.
